All of our properties are in the Campus Area, a quick walk to wherever you’d like to be. Live close to friends and all on-campus activities.

Our properties are well-maintained, high-end housing. At the same time, they are reasonably priced for tight student budgets.

We'll take care of yard maintenance and trash removal. If something breaks, we’ll fix it. Most properties have basic appliances... check the property details for specifics.

As soon as possible! Some start in November of the prior school year, but most of our properties are gone between Feb and March.

Our leases run by school year... June 1 through May 26 of the following year.

In other words, how much should I plan on setting aside for housing expenses... rent and utilities? Typically, these run between $400 and $410 each month.
