About Us:

Dr. Kirk is a graduate of the University of Findlay and Palmer College of Chiropractic.  He opened Kirk Chiropractic in 1999 and is proud to be on the sports medicine team at the University of Findlay, serving as team chiropractor and working with the athletic training staff at UF. Dr. Kirk is a partner in MadCass, LLC, the company behind ufindlayrentals.

Originally from Lima, Ohio, Jim Warner studied at The Ohio State University before settling in Findlay. He’s been in the construction trades for 30 years, bringing his experience in building and remodeling to his role as partner in MadCass, LLC, the company behind ufindlayrentals. If you live in a one of our properties, chances are that Jim built or remodeled it!
